FINALLY! It probably will be appealed, but if there is political cost involved maybe not. Then on the other hand, Diamond Jim could jack up gas taxes by 9.18%, the mark up difference, figuring you would notice the difference.

Very, Very difficult to appeal in Federal court. Let's see, gas now at ~$2.00, minus 9.18% = ~$1.82.
