If Modine folds or is absorbed by creditors and moves out of Racine, that just may be the start of the blunt end of the pencil erasing Racine off the map.

Heh, phew, what a rant. I seem to have some issues with this Modine place. Best I just shut up now.

Oh man, you got to read this. Bloomberg on Modine. The Stock is under a BUCK! They were 27.8 a year and a half ago, and the reason they defaulted was because they didn't keep their debt to equity ratio. If they can't get a waiver, they will have to file bankruptcy.
