You'd think! But it just doesn't seem to work that way out here :)
The govt. always seems to be able to spend even more than the rich folks.

While I'm out here, I've noticed that things pretty much costs the same as WI, but housing here in CA is notoriously expensive!

When I lived in Chicago, everything was more expensive than here, but most of the jobs seemed to pay better, too. Housing there also was very expensive.

I hope Gov Arnold and co. can figure something out for California. Each failure/bankruptcy has a ripple effect.
