Does Racine need to hire a Cable Consultant? The chairman of the Cable Television Committee says in the article that CAR 25 needs more equipment, but I guess we need to hear that from Dickert's connection first.
Does Racine have $40,000. to spend to create one new part-time job? Is the leadership of this city representing the citizens or are our taxes there to support our mayor's friends and associates?
