Tis the Season to beware!

Just riding my bike and here this signed popped up...Wasn't there yesterday...Guess someone must have seen one of the zillion gators present in Florida...duh....
This was taken at Ollie's Pond where I bike daily....this is where I see all those snakes (dead and alive). I also see ibis, egrets, osprey, a bobcat occasionally, and various other species of wildlife. No, kk, I don't just see snakes.....

I'm thinking Floridians are out of their minds! I have squirrels and chipmunks in my backyard.

My biggest yuk just came from a cardinal that built and laid her egg-- all in one day, today-- (ambitious little thing) outside my backdoor.. in my rose bush. I had to move the nest, since she dive bombed me when I tried to get into the house. I'm pretty sure the egg will not make it now, and I feel sad.

Alligators? Nope. Couldn't do that! The wildlife around here is sometimes too much to handle. I had bees torment me last summer.

I had signs like that outside my place when I lived in Florida as well...really fun to freak out visiting northerners with gators.
