This gal’s voice was so phenomenal, we should srill being seeing her, but no idea what happened to her.

These guys deserve to be in a Hall of fame. No idea which hall of Fame, but somewhere they deserve alcoloids.

Smashed into fame and faded away. I’m blinded by science.

Quite the eclectic mix, there, huck. Never heard the one in the middle before. This is such a coincidence... I was just watching some youtubes of Annie Lennox on Sunday. She does have an amazing, powerful voice.

Mom always hated the fact I never truly appreciated Country. That and Rap I'm void of in my head juke box. Well a rare few C&W, bu not like all the rest. Wait for the kiddie music from wa-ay back.

I forgot to mention Dr. Buzzard's Original Savannah Band had one album loaded with get your fanny moving songs to clean house by. Very up beat big band style music.

I'm with you... not a fan of C$W nor Rap. The first album I played over and over as a kid was my mom's copy of My Fair Lady. I was 5 and sang with an English accent... "All I want is a room somewhere, far away from the cold night air." lol

A few weeks ago, Science Friday had an interesting interview with Thomas Dolby. Listen to it...he created a sound that is probably even more famous than "She Blinded Me With Science" but his name is not associated with it. I won't spoil the surprise :)

Being friends with hale is like having a mother trick you into eating your vegetables. Hale tricked me into another "no-thank-you helping" of science again! :)

I love bands with a horn line. I have Lennox's Medusa, a great album. http://www.annielennox.com/

I heard of Dr. Buzzard's Original Savannah Band, but know nothing about them. Nice production.

I remember "She Blinded Me With Science." However, I do not have one of those Satanic devices that Dolby helped improve.
