Four for Fridays

Hello everyone! Welcome back to Four for Fridays. I'm on vacation (for the next two weeks) and let's get this show on the road with a BANG of a weekend!

1) Would you rather live in a desert or in a tropical rain forest?

2) When was the last time electricity was interrupted at your place?

3) What brand names do you swear by?

4) What side of your family do you resemble the most, you father's of your mother's?

Enjoy your three day weekend!

1) Tropical with the different animals and the scenery for the tropical areas.

2) Last night.

3) I don't go by a certain brand name. It is what ever I find on sale.

4) My Father's side. I look like my Father and his mom. I also have there attitude.

I hope everyone has a real fun and safe weekend.

Rain forest, hands down.

About a week ago, only momentarily. Florida doesn't seem to get as many electrical outages as you do for some reason.

Tide and Downy and, of course, my levis!

I'm a Heinz 57, a little of both, not dramatic in resemblance to either side. I act like my Dad though.

You have a great weekend as well, Drew....everyone else too!

1. Tropical
2. About 4 years ago. The lights started flashing and I was waiting for KC and the Sunshine Band to come strolling in - Do a Little Dance....
3. No brand name
4. Definitely my mothers side. Grandma's chin and grandpa's jowels. Is that how you spell jowels????

DREW - have a great vacation.

1. Neither. I don't do well in the heat, nor could I handle the critters of the rainforest.

2. 15 minutes ago, Mmmm coffee!

3. I kind of like Jacqueline Smith stuff. Egad, KMart! lol

4. I think I'm a good mix between the two.

1. I have done both (Arizona and St. Croix) and like both of them.

2. Hard to say...it's been a long time since it went out for more than a few seconds (just long enough to make the clocks blink).

3. Not really a big brand loyalist. Although I do a lot of travel for work and you can't go wrong staying at a hotel in the Marriott chain (Hilton Hotels are pretty good too).

4. Might sound strange but my family was so spread out I don't see them enough to judge.

2. It happens all the time. Usually It's just for a few moments. We have weird electricity up here.

3. Campbell's Soup, Farmland Bacon, Klement's Brats, Goodyear Tires, Quaker State Oil, Coca Cola. Scott Tissue, Head & Shoulders Shampoo, Degree Deodorant. Altera Blue Heeler Coffee (made In Milwaukee) Kraft phoney Cheese Slices. ETC.

1) Honestly, I'm not really sure. They are both beautiful in their own way. Plus, I like it hot. I'd give the edge to the rain forest due the abundance of wildlife.

2) Last night for about six hours.

3) Pepsi, Miller High Life, Mike's Hard Lemonade, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Otherwise, it's all fair game.

4) Hard to say for me. My girlfriend says I resemble both. Yet, I do know that I have reservedness of my father while I'm easy going like my mother. I know, highly irregular...

1. I don't dig high humidity. If the island is kept at a pleasant temp/humidity by the surrounding ocean, then an island. otherwise, gimme desert.

2. Last month?

3. Used to be Craftsman. Milwaukee Tools comes to mind now.

4. Both I guess.
