had a great, relaxing weekend with hubby :)
woke up before my alarm this morning , not sure if that's a good thing, but doubling up on my caffeine as insurance LOL!

Happy Monday.. it's been cold here, yesterday I woke up and the thermometer said it was below freezing.. truly disturbing..

The weekend is over, had Mina's birthday party on Saturday and had another birthday party to go to for her friend that just turned 5 as well. I've heard enough screaming children for awhile.. Switched our closets into winter mode and found all of our hats, gloves and snowsuits.. The house is a disaster because of all of this and I'm pooped don't feel like dealing with it.. but alas tis my duty, here I go..

We had a great weekend with lots and lots of rain.

First really pleasant coolness of the fall here. Might have dipped into the upper 40s at night and around 80 during the day. Back into the 90s soon, however.

Great night observing at Kitt Peak Saturday. Big open house. I managed to sneak away for a few minutes to look through the 2.3 meter telescope. Rare night when they put eyepieces on the big ones.

Maybe he's on vacation.

Almost all of my remaining Rutgers tomatoes ripened over the weekend. I got 10-12. All of my Beef Masters are still green. :-(

not sure how I feel about this last thing, but it's similar as I have to watch those minutes closely. We'll see about Friday...maybe I'll be first :P
