I can understand the inmates shoveling out public property, but why does downtown get "free" snow shoveling that county residents pay for? Our tax dollars are used to house these inmates and to shovel private enterprises' sidewalks. Why?

By the way, that is the most blacks you will ever see in downtown Racine at one time. They're good enough to do the slave labor, but not good enough to be part of downtown. That's the way DRC and lying John want it. Our tax dollars enforce the racism.

Um, don't mince words, orbs... say it like it is, man. You are, unfortunately, correct. Downtown is not for everyone; in fact, I rarely get down there. The small pricey stores are not what I feel comfortable frequenting.

I guess you get what you pay for, that is, yellow snow. I saw some reflective vests this morning plowing or shoveling along the intersections by the old North Shore right-of-way. I thought that was what the program was for, public areas, not for free snow removal for private enterprise.

1. Did you see how the RJT 'fluffed' this report?
2. It's a great idea..get those bad boys out and work for semi free labor...after all it is OUR MAIN STREET! (Maybe use scout troops instead?)
4. Also shows either the jails are overrun with blacks or the blacks get more priveledges than whites.
3. (forgot this one) What are they supposed to do when nature calls IN THE COLD??? Get a cop car to drive them back to LEB or take the bus?

RacineTMZ has removed all videos from YouTube. Probably threatened the guy through his landlord. Censorship thrives where dictators live. Party on, lying John!

If you or I were to, um... "use the facilities," and were caught, we'd receive a ticket. It isn't legal to let fly on the fly.

Mowing lawn and snow removal by inmates cost the taxpayers money in supervision and transportation. Am I wrong, or should that NOT be happening on private property?
