RIP - Neil Armstrong

Neil Armstrong, 1st man on the moon, dies at 82

Armstrong was a quiet self-described nerdy engineer who became a global hero when as a steely-nerved pilot he made "one giant leap for mankind" with a small step on to the moon

To me it was/is amazing how the “Mush Heads” can figure out how to put a man on the moon, bring them back to earth and TIME it sooooo close. My hat is off to all these men and women.

I heard one time and don’t know if this is true or not but a news reporter asked some of the astronauts who walked on the moon, “what do they plan on doing next”? I guess they got a little upset with the reporter, they just walked on the moon, “is there a next”?

“It is commonly believed that man will fly directly from the earth to the moon, but to do this, we would require a vehicle of such gigantic proportions that it would prove an economic impossibility. It would have to develop sufficient speed to penetrate the atmosphere and overcome the earth’s gravity and, having traveled all the way to the moon, it must still have enough fuel to land safely and make the return trip to earth. Furthermore, in order to give the expedition a margin of safety, we would not use one ship alone, but a minimum of three … each rocket ship would be taller than New York’s Empire State Building [almost ¼ mile high] and weigh about ten times the tonnage of the Queen Mary, or some 800,000 tons.”

TSE it's all in the President's Book of Secrets. I saw it in the movie National Treasure

Really, TSE? Did you not even notice ON THE VERY PAGE YOU LINKED TO is a link to the answers to the Moon Hoax nonsense?

Those arguments are laughable at best.

When it comes to government, the concept of question everything is appropriate. After childhood, trust is both cherished and earned.
