1) What is the mileage of your car?
A) 105 thousand miles.
2) What secrets do you have for getting better service?
A)Be nice, make them feel worthy. I called All Saints about a bill. I said "Good morning, how are you today? I hope I called the right place. I have some questions about a bill. Can you help me?" She said "it's nice to hear a friendly voice for once." She went out of her way to help me, and even thanked me for being nice.

3) What commercial do you like?
A) The ones where a guy in a suit is sitting at a table with some grade school kids. They tell some funny stories. I don't know what the commercials are for.

4) How has the Internet affected your life?
A) Tremendously. The exchange of ideas, information, obtaining hard to find supplies. And buying things instantly. You really do have the world at your fingertips.

1. hmm, not sure, when I read it, I thought it meant MPG, 'that' I know...
2. flattery gets you the world, I deal with a real piece of work vendor/delivery guy, complete jerk, putting it nicely... found if I start with a little humor and treat him like he's saving the day if he helps me in the slightest, he will bend over backwards to do anything... makes me want to gag playing the game but hey, it gets results...
3. the chameleons and the paint colors, don't remember which paint it's for, but love it
4. I'm so much more connected with people, I would lead quite an isolated life without it. I've been able to reconnect with people from decades ago, thanks to facebook, good stuff!
