somewhat short day at work, need to clean house, but lacking ambition. Sunday, we're having a surprise bday party for my new brother in law, so I need to get it in gear and get this place up to snuff!

I'm winding down to sleep. Gotta get up early for the pesticide applicators.

While going through junk yesterday, I came across my plastic pesticide suit. I was certified in turf and ornamentals.

I am up early today because Drew has another ten hour day!

Last night when I got home from work I dusted. That included the black tv. This morning when I opened up the blinds I could see the black panel was loaded with dust. I give up. I guess I need to go back to real dusting and give up the swifter one. It just moves the dust around.

THB - I forgot to tell you the other day. The reason my hummingbirds are back is because they are all flying south for the winter. They are trying to fatten up for their long journey.

It draws the dust right back. Another thing, don't run the VAC too near the TV, as It can screw It all up. Maybe It needs to be De-Gossed like a computer screen.

On my way home from seeing Drew for lunch I see an accident right on the corner of 4 Mile Rd. and N. Green Bay St.. It did look really bad and there was about six people out there making sure everyone was alright. One man was dragging himself away from the cars by pulling himself with his arms and stopping and holding his left leg. It looked like there was antifreeze and gasoline on the ground. The back drivers side door was smashed in and the front end of the other car was smashed in pretty good.

This woke me up since I am on about 2-3 hours of sleep today. I just hope everyone in the accident is alright. I also wanted to let everyone know to watch out for that corner because 4 Mile Rd. has been opened since the 14th.

I went to Kewpee's today. When I was a regular, I got to know one of the waitresses. She was surprised to see me because it's been so long. I laid my tale of woe on her: mom and sister dead, kidneys failed, I gotta move, debt up to my ears, no money, blah, blah. I told her I had $8 and I might as well blow it on a burger and fries. She bought my meal for me and wouldn't take a tip. That was very nice of her.

That was really nice of her Orbs.
I bet it tasted even better after that nice act of kindness.

It was good. I think of you, Mary, now whenever I think of Kewpee's.

Strange thing is, ever since my kidney troubles, my sense of taste has shifted or something. I'm much more aware of salt, and I swear I can taste the artificial chemicals in food.
