"Wealth Inequality in America"

"Published on Nov 20, 2012
Infographics on the distribution of wealth in America, highlighting both the inequality and the difference between our perception of inequality and the actual numbers. The reality is often not what we think it is.

Is there any way to allow free enterprise without almost all of the wealth and power ending up concentrated amongst a few?  Is that an inevitable result of the system, or have some conspired to make the rich richer and the poor poorer?

No argument from me - but -

HOW DO YOU MEASURE WEALTH?

I have very little. I enjoy the darker side of life. Today i picked Tomatoes - and consorted with a group of people - in the slums of Racine that most wouldn't want to choose to - INCLUDING... from low to high.... Jones St. Frank St. , Down by Q.A. Shakoor - where we discussed if we would file a complaint with U.N.I.T.about his front porch stairs.

I met the kin of a multi-millionaire dollar MB Basketball player in the 'hood - who was spotted walking down the block across from Jefferson Lighthouse...

YET - seen some of the worst POS houses I've ever seen... and had an argument with a friend - resolved peacefully - with a book - over - where Tomatoes originated.

Went to some other friends - their dryer is broke - and they seem lost....

And where was I? LOL. Heading South on Memorial - past the drug dealers and hookers - and looking at the abandoned and run down houses of town.

I ain't got shit to my name.

I'm drinking myself to death.

I'm unemployable.

I've got various mental and physical issues.

And... MAN! I've got a Black Berry Steel Reserve feeding my face.

LULZ.

Well now, Jose bought that old and formerly magnificent house on 6th. St. across (almost ) from the Community policing Station...

And yeah - the Bank gladly sold it to him!

But - it's not like Mexico - I say this as a fact!

Lead paint - Octopus furnace - Asbestos!

He started - but he cannot fulfill the orders issued by the City in a manner that would make it economical - so he is going to abandon it!

It's the Racine Ghetto. I did work on Frank St. in conditions I would never talk about! YEAH... The beautiful people of Racine!

LULZ!

Third suicide by train in Mt. Pleasant - another older white male who was likely unemployed.

MPPD Sgt. Eric Relich verified in a press release that the victim is a 47-year-old male from California. His body was located about a mile south of Durand Avenue on the tracks adjacent to Willow Road.

Look at Daily Job Cuts! The job losses are accelerating again - thousands being thrown out of work - many for good - and small business closing everywhere because it is no longer profitable.

HOW ABOUT THIS?

Scranton's police and fire unions have received a judgment against the city for the overdue $21 million that the city owes the unions from a landmark arbitration ruling.

The money was due July 2, but the city has not yet paid and is still seeking borrowing or selling an asset to honor the bill, Mayor Chris Doherty said.

But the judgment means the unions now can seize city assets and sell them to collect what is owed, said city solicitor Paul Kelly and the unions' attorney, Thomas Jennings.

"Whenever a judgment is granted, you can go to the sheriff and levy against assets," Mr. Kelly said. "They (the unions) can sell city assets. They can sell firetrucks, garbage trucks - they can sell City Hall."

In order to save Scranton - we had to destroy it!

Exceptional Corruption

What is happening now in the U.S. on an ever-escalating basis is government sanctioned corruption on history's largest scale...
