The WROL is dead in Racine County.

WROL = Written Rule of Law.

Wolf Rules. Every day, every where. Sheep beware. The Flock is being scattered. Chiapete is a pinned and dangerous Wolf. Just wait until he is released. The Flock will be fleeced even harder. Sheep - BEWARE!

There should not be selective enforcement. How would this have played out if he was not a recongizable public figure?

Does this tell us we should run from the police, attempt to cover up our culpability, lie to police, refuse a breathalyzer test, then just say, "my bad?"

The fine will not even hurt. It is wrong. I don't believe he can make it up to the citizens, as he says. The deciet went too far and broke the necessary trust.

Thankfully at least two people actually GET IT.

Racine is the most backward and corrupt city since Detroit and New Orleans.

Why is everyone else here so ignorant and accepting of the crimes and corruption perpetrated by our elected officials?

Racine needs a federal intervention and investigation.

You want the FEDS in Racine?
With the Feds comes the ATF and every other criminal branch of our federal government!
How many residents and students do you want them to kill ?

Government isn't the answer to these problems, they are the problems !

Maybe after Rich convicts you, he'll take you for a Night Out drinking at some of the many Bars in Racine to forget your troubles!

Remember to Buckle Up!

I blame the lead laterals feeding water into the older homes. That and maybe exposure to some other environmental poisons keeps the people here stupid.

I suspect that Racine's IQ is well below the national average.

Once the politicians realized what they could get away with, they went to town.

Less than 12% turnout for the last election. Why should anyone stick their neck out for Racine with participation numbers like that?
