It is a 40 lb 80 yr old African Sucata Tortoise with a tan shell and crack in its lower jaw. Worth estimated $4,000.00. It may be that the person who took the tortoise thought it was loose and grabbed it. It was taken from a front yard in the 4700 blk of 8 Av while it was eating grass. A male white in a brown Pontiac Bonneville may be the suspect involved. If you have any information regarding this case, please contact Det. Correa at 262-605-5241."

I saw this in my news feed last night, poor tortoise. It couldn't have been an easy thing to lift that big guy! Hope he's found soon!
