Four for Fridays

Hello everyone and welcome back! Wow! This week sure did fly by..... I closed my eyes, and before I know it, it's Friday! Anyway, your questions....

1) If you had the money, what charity would you want to start?

2) If you were to attend a costume party, what or whom would you go as?

3) When was the last time you were at a place that was too quiet?

4) What small town would you like to live in?

Enjoy your weekend!

1. I think there is a charity established for every needy cause already. That being said, one that would benefit all and not a select group.

2. Chunk of cheese!

3. No place is too quiet for me.

4. One near a larger city. Currently, Walhalla, SC works for me.

1. Okie charity. Me me me.

2. Ninjas.

3. Since I'm at a hospital now I'll say here.

4. I'm not sure. My sister lived in Vermilion South Dakota and I really liked it there.

Thanks Drew. Apologies for not responding last week.

1) I do agree with Beejay. I do not think there is a charity for the kids so that they can have everything that they need in school. If there isn't anything for that I think that would be a really good one to start. To show the kids how much their education will mean for them.

2) I do not dress up for a costume party so I would have to say as myself.

3) What is quiet? I have never had that since I have had my children so I do not know what that is. Yes I know my kids are older but they still call me and I at least have a phone call from one of them everyday.

4) For me any small town would be great as long as Drew is with me.

I hope everyone has a great day and please try to stay dry and warm.

1. something for depression education and help
2. bums are always fun
3. the only time it's too quiet is if I don't have the fan and radio on when I go to bed, I can NOT sleep in quiet! If it's not sleeping related, nothing is ever too quiet!
4. Cassville, WI, right on the Mississippi right, due west of here

1) The OrbsCorbs Foundation.

2) Invisible man. I actually used that once for a party I didn't want to attend. People kept asking my wife where I was and she'd say, "Right here. He's invisible"

3) I like quiet. I hear that people who move from the city to the country sometimes have trouble falling asleep at night because it's too quiet.

4) Mayberry.

Thanks for the questions, drew, and everyone have a good wekend.

1. I like the idea of a central funding organization, like the United Way, accepting requests and checking out potential recipients. Something like that needs to be heavily overseen and accountable to prevent fraud.
2. kkdither
3. I love quiet
4. I like the size of Racine. It is big enough to not have everyone know your business. You have arts, culture, services, shopping, diversity, etc., yet small enough not to have to sit in massive freeway traffic.

1) I dunno, something to do with wildlife....

2) A hippie.

3) Went birding yesterday by the lighthouse, unusually quiet for this time of year. Saw a couple of juncos and that was about it.

4) Racine is the perfect size for me, even though I have eyeballed the quaintness of small towns like Brownsville and New London.

1) If you had the money,
If I had millions or billions, I would not start a charity, but I would help out people/families in Racine only, and some small business trying to make a go of it.

2) If you were to attend a costume party,
Not really sure.

3) When was the last time you were at a place that was too quiet?
Last night...my bedroom, I had to turn the tv on.

4) What small town would you like to live in?
If i had those millions or billions I would start my own town in the hill somewhere down south. buy a few thousand areas and help people open business and everyone would have to work, BUT make a town ordinance NO ONE could work more then 4 days a week.
