wow, you all must have had a really good time last night, if I'm the 1st up after 8! Lots to do today - taking my sister out for her birthday, repotting a newly adopted plant, cleaning out hallway closets, cleaning and planning a trip, whew!

I am off to the shoe repair to pick up my shoes, then off to Sprouts for vege's and maybe to Payless Shoes.

Have a great day everyone.

Went to an Auction. Bought several useless items. Got a Batman Fork and Spoon, AND the Campbell Kids Fork and Spoon with the order form that expired In 1964. Also a Needlepoint Sampler from 1928. Very exciting auction. Lots of Watt's Ware, and Red Wing Crocks. VERY Pricey, didn't buy. The way prices were, the economy must be getting better?

OKIE, shoe repair people are a dying breed. There was one right next to our playground in elementary school. I loved the smell of the place. I think we still have one in West Racine. And I think she also works in leather besides shoes, like replacing zippers, etc.

Everyone have a good weekend.

Orbs I too love the smell. This store has a cabinet full of old shoes dating back 100 years. Neat things. I noticed a lot of completed work and commented on it. The girl said people, okay mainly women, forget to pick them up. I don't understand that.
