Racine has lost another landmark store. JCPenny is closing.Not sure of the date. I can remember when they where downtown before moving to the Mall.
What was it a couple years back they dropped a lot of the clothing in the Racine store. You can't make money if you don't have stuff in your store to sell. I think a lot of people are using the internet to order from them.

April 4th is the last day for JC Penney in the mall.
Regency Mall is dying. Even Chick-fil-A is moving out.
Maybe they can change it into a skate board park and roller rink. Let people skate all over the place.
