it's my Friday. I'm off tomorrow, annual eye apt at Froetdert, they is a slight chance they may be able to finally do something for my 'lost cause' eye, we'll see (pun not originally intended :) )

Ooo, ooo, ooo, Lizardmom, I know one of the best low vision optometrists in SE Wisconsin.

When the MDs can do no more for you, see Dr. Walters in Cedarburg. I found about Dr. Walters through the DVR. I was very skeptical at first, but the man knows things about low vision and you that you don't even know.

I've referred about a dozen people to see Dr. Walters over the years. I still have to collect a steak dinner from the friend of a friend who saw Dr. Walters on my recommendation. He'd been told that he would never drive again, blah, blah, blah. He was so happy with the prescription from Dr. Walters, he told my buddy he owes me a steak dinner.

Dr. Walters works with you to maximize whatever sight you have left. He's a master of low vision.

Hello, all. There is a beautiful, orange glow of a sunset on the western horizon. I wonder if it has anything to do with all the wildfires in the west? I'm worried about someone I love who just moved out to Washington.
