What a Crock-O-Shit.  Lying John is becoming Teflon John.  Confidentiality agreements tell taxpayers that  someone has something to hide.  It's our money, but we have no right to know how it's spent.  What a den of thieves

0/20 odds - they should have gone for it! If the Plaintiffs accept this slap in the face - they sold out....

Mitigating Risk - LOL! Of course Insurance doesn't cover Public Officials engaging in criminal acts! NEITHER does City of Racine Liability - meaning that the Defendants would be ON THEIR OWN! John Dickert wouldn't have an Insider, like Judge Gerald "The Home Court Advantage" Ptacek to rule that he was acting in Official Capacity as Mayor while Campaigning at a Radio Station Event. (LOL)

The corrupt criminals at Racine City Hall have managed to spin this to their advantage.... and the real losers are the People of Wisconsin - those who remain suffer under Injustice, Corruption, and Tyranny.

Meanwhile, Belle TV is..... (what did John Dickert and Mary Jerger claim)?
Team Porters is a weed choked pile of rubble that won't go away....
Machinery Row is..... ? Nowhere.
Belle Harbor is now Belle Island with a crumbling seawall... (and possibly unsuitable to build on)
The County has generated less than $0 in revenue from Reef Point Marina...
Launch Box is mostly dark and empty....
Downtown has a glut of rentals available - the most popular signs? For Sale, Rent, Lease...
Festival Hall continues to lose millions - into a Black Hole.... where is the money going?
And yet still - where did the Imaginarium money go? No one knows....

Did the City want to settle, or did the Insurance Company decide to settle? Not always the same thing.

Some excellent questions, Tricky Dicky.
