When we first moved here, we were traveling to LaCrosse, and a car with a smashed windshield was pulled over. I pulled over, and asked the driver what happened, and all he did was flop his arms like a bird. I decided he was hollering TURKEY In some Russian sounding language. I didn't laugh until later. Any spelling errors, are the responsibility of Riesling from a two foot bottle, that has a hard time fitting In my fridge, so OF COURSE I'm trying to rid myself of It. BTW, Orb's. You, and me did the same thing today. NOTHING. I chose not to participate.

I don't even have to play the video; it is embedded in my brain. That was a hilarious show.

Toad, I hope you had a peaceful day. (with no regrets)

Nothing? I made my infamous Thanksgiving meatloaf. But something's wrong - it doesn't taste or smell like my usual meatloaf. It's dry (could be too many breadcrumbs) and the flavor/aroma are slightly off-pitting.

What happens to meat if it's left in the freezer too long? I'm guessing it's the pork. I've read many recipes that don't require pork.

"Peace on Earth, good will to men."

That's in case I'm dead from food poisoning before the Christmas holidays.

I loved the show and that episode. Les Nesman, news reporter.

Meat left in the freezer too long can become freezer burned. Found this clip: "When water molecules escape from your frozen food, it is also possible for oxygen molecules to seep in. The oxygen molecules can dull the color and modify the flavor of your frozen product. Food that has freezer burn is safe to eat, but you may find the texture and taste not to your liking."

It usually looks white-ish. I toss it. It isn't very appetizing, in taste... or in looks.
