Thieves who charge for services you're not receiving. When caught, they offer a pittance compared to what you've spent. One little honey started to explain to me what I could and couldn't do about the over-charges. I interrupged her and said,"You don't make the rules on this, the state does. Fraud is fraud." She hung up on me. Nothing new there. I just called back. I've learned that sometimes you have to call a dozen times before you get someone who knows what they're talking about. That's OK. I got all day. It gives me time to look up what authorities I can report Spectrum to. I've been charged for years of high speed service I never received. You cocksuckers don't get away with a $20 buyout this time.

I just entered a complaint to the FCC. Incredibly easy to do. God, I love the internet. This is just the beginning. I want those lying pigs skewered and rotating above an open fire.
