I wish I could identify the "BEST" family vacation, so many different places, so many unique experiences, problem is I don't remember much.

Oh!, you mean the vacation from hell? yeah I know the one, now I forgot.

Maybe, butI don't remember.

Not much for knick knacks, but things like food drink and photos was about it.
A welcome short term relief from the hot hot summer has arrived.

1) We drove around Lake Michigan. We had the big, ol' DeSoto Adventurer, which was made for the highway.
2) Probably one of the vacations in Hayward, WI.
3) Yes, my neighbor and best friend growing up, Jerry S. I went on vacation with his family a few times, too. They always went to Iowa, where Jerry's mom was from.
4) I think I had a few items from Hayward ("Indian" stuff at the time).

1. Mexico by car in the very early 60's before paved roads were built all the way down to Acapulco.
2. I don't remember any bad vacations, but that doesn't mean there wasn't any.
3. No, as we would usually travel great distances.
