Us older duffs should get the high-dose version of the shot. I got mine this morning at Walgreens. They say it takes a week to kick in . . .

And now my arm is beginning to hurt. Small price to avoid the flu.
You do not want to get the flu because if one person in your house gets all of you get it. We just went through this in our house and it is hell to get rid of. Please get your flu shot I am just looking out for my friends and family.
