RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Silver Alert has been issued for an 80-year-old man from Racine.
Officials say Cesareo Cisneros was last seen leaving his group home around 3 p.m. on foot Tuesday, June 29. The group home is located on Great Elms Lane Road in Racine.
Authorities describe Cisneros as a Hispanic male, brown eyes, standing 5'3" tall, weighing 150 lbs., with black and gray hair and a long mustache. He was last seen wearing a red flannel jacket, blue jeans, and black leather boots.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Racine Police Department at 262-886-2300.
