It was my father's. It blew on him.<br /><br />2) When you were growing up did you go swimming in a pool or lake?<br />I grew up one block from Lake Michigan. I never saw a pool.<br /><br />3) When you were growing up did you get to go out in the hot weather and play?<br />I don't remember any heat restrictions, though there might have been some.<br /><br />4) When you were growing up what time was the latest you had to be home by?<br />I was always the last to go home.<br /><br />Thank you for the questions, THB. I dropped the blind on my huge eastern windows. First time in five years. The apartment seems smaller. I just hope it's cooler. The a/c is on. Yesterday, I didn't need it in the afternoon.<br /><br />Too bad the blinds can't block out the sound of the drum and bugle corps that's been training next door. Yesterday it started at 1:15pm and went to 7:45 PM. If they're out there today, maybe I should start a lottery on which one will faint first.
