It's me-Drew.... Swallow Tailed Kites...Hi Orbs! It's me-Drew.... Swallow Tailed Kites are very rare here in WI. Native to Florida and the southern coasts, an occasional wanderer will find it's way up to these parts. When one does show up, it's a major deal for birders statewide.
