The nomination period is now open. Who needs to be flipped the bird this week? Who ticked you off. Who grated your cheese. Who carved your pumpkin? Name and reasons please.

Mayor Dickert who is once again talking about his yet to be seen 10 year plan.
Randolph Brandt, a former publisher of the Journal Times, who lounges in his wealthy digs in a segregated neighborhood of Racine while clucking his tongue about poverty and racial issues in Racine.
Also the local NAACP for tirelessly promoting the hatred and racism that keeps them in business.
I nominate the general worker. I have run into far too many people lately who consistently do a bad job. I had the pleasure this week of dealing with a doozy who completely botched up an annuity disbursement.
Incompetence is commonplace in the workforce. Why must we call several times to get something simple done correctly?
Haven't we learned yet how to enter something into a computer correctly? The general level of customer service and quality seems to diminish significantly year after year.
The new interum communication director for RUSD, who is pumping out a steady stream of warm and fuzzy PR, hoping to fool the public into believing the district isn't as bad as it is.
