Astrologer Didn't See This One Coming...

Didn't the charts for ANYONE'S sign tell them the ground would shake or something like that?

  2. I liked the look in her eyes when she first realized it. Logjam.... tsk, tsk. Leave it to a guy to look 'there' for seismic activity!

  3. Hmph! I knew the earthquake was going to happen, but I didn't mention it because it isn't local.

As for science, here's their predictive prowess: sometime in the next million years, California is going to fall into the ocean. Well, whoop-dee-doo. You can really set your watch by that one.

  4. I'm sorry, KK, but either it wasn't much of an earthquake, or there is an awful lot of silicon in them there hills.

  5. I wonder what would have happened if it was a 6.8......

  7. You guys could be onto something here. Instead of the Richter scale for measuring earthquake magnitudes, you could invent the Jiggle scale. I'm sure that many more people (at least men) would pay atention to earthquake warnings then.

Good idea. But the problem is guys would be spending all their time waiting for "The Big One".

  10. I give up on you guys. Now that I see its importance, I need to figure out a (legal) way to profit from my...um... natural resources.
