I've seen these before. I especially like the "his and his" urinals. Someone was thinking there... :)
The dual urinals caught my eye, too. They're either for Siamese twins, or for you and your very best friend.
Orbs, SNL had a skit a long time ago about the "Love Commode" it was a back to back unit. I believe they showed a couple sitting on it kissing. Hilarious. No access to youtube or I would have gone searching...

When I was 15 or 16 I went to the bathroom at the naval reserve and there was a whole row of those urnals. I thought they were bubblers! Ah innocence!
I think I know these contractors...yep, sure of it.
