    Coke or margaritas (depending on the occasion)

    2) What's your favorite snack?
    Cheese and crackers

    3) How often do you snack?
    everyday with my daughters, but otherwise maybe once a week (unhealthy stuff)

    4) When do you take a snack?
    Everyday after the girls wake up from their naps we eat a piece of fruit for a snack.

    2. I'm not sure, lately its Twinkies
    3. I snack about twice a week.
    4. I will admit to this. I get up every night around 1:30 and have to eat something. After putting on 4 lbs. from eating junk, I now eat a banana.

  5. 1. I quit drinking soda, so water is the choice; margaritas, beer or white russians if it is party time.

    2. I have been being way too good. Most of my snacks have been low fat or low calorie: yogurt, apples, air popped popcorn, sunflower seeds.

    3+4. I've been eating much more often, but smaller portions and natural or healthy choices. I try not to eat at night. AND IT HAS BEEN HARD.

    1) Used to be Pepsi, but I've been drinking water instead lately, too.

    2) Potato chips cookies ice cream chocolate donuts pie.
