Was feeling home sick for some good brats so we bought some "brats" here and cooked them up in some beer and then on the grill... ate it with soem "sourkraut" . It was alright but it didn't really scratch that at home in Wisconsin grilling out itch.. I had a smirnoff ice instead of the beer though.. I'm working on teaching myself to enjoy beer, not quite there yet..
Wow... my kind of pyramid! Why can't it be good for you?

ReplyDeleteBeer farts to follow.
ReplyDeleteI bought some all beef brats and could definitely taste the difference from pork brats, even though they were grilled the same.
ReplyDeleteLOL!!
ReplyDeleteOrbs, I like beef brats better than the regular ones.
I eat one or two brats just for the "experience" every year. The kraut is good but the side effects are not! :o
ReplyDeleteOh yeah!!!!
ReplyDeleteSort of what Biggie D told me about our dietary habits while we were in WI...you omitted the fish fries!
ReplyDeleteMaybe they should have some BBQ ribs stacked in there somewhere...
