Good reason to research the renewable energy sources wind/solar. There is a company in Sturtevant that does both & lighting switches to lower energy use.
I'm a big believer in alternative and renewable energy sources. I don't believe that Americans have to give up their cars or other amenities because of energy issues - they can just be fueled differently. The transition period is going to be tough, though, especially when you consider the billions of dollars and vested interests involved. It could be quite a mess.
Soon, everything will be cheaper than gas.
