You know, the hell with it! I'm just going to go to a 24 hour clock and set it to GMT (ZULU) time! That way I won't have to change my clocks again ever!
It's nice to know other people take time to "adjust". I will say this, I HATE having to get up when it is dark outside. It will be nice having an extra hour to snooze on Sunday.
It messes with your circadian rhythms or something like that.
Sassa, my cat, too, and probably everyone else's pets, too. This is the bad one, it pushes their feeding time(s) back one hour. Charlie seems to adjust more easily than Gordy, my previous cat, did.
My mom would always set her clocks back the first thing after she got up on Saturday morning. I'd go to her house, look at my watch, and say Daylight Savings? That meant I should set my clock one hour back or ahead that night at home.
Oh goody! Another hour earlier the dark to be grumpy!

ReplyDeleteThanks for the heads up, SER. I forgot about it.
ReplyDeleteI wish they'd pick one time and stick with it. Here comes another week of feeling out of synch.

Ha try to tell my cat that! She has her own hours.
ReplyDeleteIt never used to bother me... now, it whacks me out. It is like getting up in the middle of the night.

ReplyDeleteYou know you have to get up at 2am in order to change the clocks?...Oh wait most of you are already awake at 2am anyway. lol

ReplyDeletealways confuses me because sometimes LM changes them Saturday afternoon, so I have to figure out what the real time is.
ReplyDeleteI just refer myself to the little clock on the lower right hand corner on the screen here...Problem solved.
ReplyDeleteI usually tell time by the position of the sun... if it is cloudy or after sunset, I'm SOL.
ReplyDeleteThere, I just did all of my clocks except for the one in the truck.
ReplyDeleteHow to tell you're old: you spend Saturday night doing the laundry and turning your clocks back.
Thanks for the "Bump" I was waaaay to slow.
ReplyDeleteThe only one I changed is the alarm clock so I can get up for work on time!
ReplyDeleteCHANGE YOUR CLOCK!!!! My kid thought it was CLEAN YOUR CLOCK and he punched me!
ReplyDeleteSure got dark early today...
ReplyDeleteinternal clock says for me to get to sleep. someone else gets to claim first because I'm not staying up another half hour (28 minutes)
