Yes, kk, it's called a neutral buoyancy tank. They set up full size models of the Hubble, ISS parts or whatever it is they will be working on in space and practice underwater...a LOT!
One of two things here Hale. 1) they were munching on KK's bourbon candy thingys, or 2)they were actually guests at the last JTI get together.
