Thanksgiving Day was brutal? I thought most people would be somewhere eating with family/friends. Black Friday, though, I understand. Lots of shoppers out there. They'll need a quick meal.
Congratulations, drew on a successful turkey preparation. I'm still tired. I just emptied my dishwasher. There had to be 15 pounds of silverware in there.

kk, the part for my dishwasher did not arrive, let me tell you about about two tons of dishes and stainless. I did have lots of help, including Biggie D. He really is a trooper, pitches right in.
That pumpkin pie dessert I made was really good...if you want I'll post the recipe...so simple. It came out of Simple & Delicious Magazine, so you can probably find it on line.
Have a great weekend everyone. I have two young children here, 8 & 10. I'll be a busy woman the next day or so.
LM...good job, I'm very impressed. This 12:00am thingy must be a family talent...I hope everyone had a positive and somewhat productive Thanksgiving. KK...I don't think I need anymore 5th's...hic...But thanks for offering to share, maybe tomorrow. lol
jed, I don't think you put real silver in the dishwasher... but the regular stainless steel jobbies do just fine. (I'm more blue jeans and paper plates than a china, silver or crystal gal)
what can I say Jed, I'm highly competitive, even while mostly asleep. I survived Black Friday , it was busy but not quite as busy as yesterday, wow, and I had twice the staff today, yesterday was truly brutal but I'll be off next year hahaha. we were one of the few places open, the phone wouldn't stop ringing asking if we were open and for how long... I needed an answering service!
