In Florida, I always did a physics day where my students would do physics demos for the lower school. One year I had a student who built a PVC instrument using about 150 feet of PVC pipe and played it with a pair of flip flops. He had it tuned pretty well and knew exactly how to play some recognizable tunes on it.
