I took on 50 lb of potatos yesterday for canning, still have some left, but did process 4 - 1/2 gallon jars and 10 quart jars of diced, soup-ready potatos :)
I'm still alive. She's right....working lots of hours, not knowing which day I'm on, and in general, not much time for just me. For those of you who do not know, I am capable of driving a forklift now. Slow and (somewhat) steady, but working on it a little at a time.
