a nap is in order today, spend the night hot and cold at the same time, can't fix both and fixing one makes the other worse... I've been pumping fluids, taking vitamins and supplements regularly and still bleck.. at least the election is over, a couple more days of people ranting over results from both sides and hopefully the nation can come together again and play nice.
