I love little kids too much, too be shocked. It's too early In life for him to really understand what tastes really good vs. owning up to eating them. How would he know he had evidence on his little face? I would call It a WHITE lie. Or maybe Red and White?

Without Common Council approval or even a formal notification to any Common Council member, Mayor John Dickert’s arrogance reared its ugly head again by appealing Judge Ptacek’s December 18th order on February 1, 2013.
Mayor John Dickert is appealing Judge Ptacek’s order, not the alderpersons who are elected and serve the people. Word is just getting out that many of Mayor Dickert’s republican friends are furious with him for his arrogance and history of wasting taxpayer dollars just because he can.
