I think Jed's job gets in the way of his posting here. He has to decide: either it's his job or us.
The madness with TWC continues. I talked to another employee today and she said she never heard of a computer slowing down and speeding up download speeds. (Me neither, unless it has a virus.) She did tell me that our entire building is on alert with TWC because of so many problems here. Funny that the techs who were here never mentioned that to me.
That's another problem with TWC. Every0one you talk to gives you a different story, so you no longer know who to believe.
