"Dickert in Mexico for sister city’s celebration"

From The Journal Times.com:

"On Wednesday City Administrator Tom Friedel confirmed that Dickert had left for the trip early Wednesday morning. Friedel did not know what members of the Sister City delegation had also flown out."

"Administrative Assistant Greg Bach said Wednesday that he won’t know the cost of Dickert’s flight to the city until after the delegation returns to Racine on Saturday. Bach also could not say how many people made the trip to the city."

LOL.  Lying John is vacationing in Mexico on our dime, but no one knows the cost or who went.  You can't make this stuff up.  Our streetlights come down and city services are cut because lying John says we're broke.  But when he wants to party, there are plenty of taxpayer dollars available.  What an utter swine, inflicting massive damage on our city and forcing us to pay for trips to France and Mexico that produce  NOTHING for Racine.  He went to France to look at fish farms when there was one three blocks from City Hall.  Failure after failure, lie after lie.

It's the job of the city administrator and the mayor's administrative assistant to know what is going on.  They say they're ignorant of what lying John is doing.  Then they should be removed from their positions.  If the city administrator doesn't know what's going on, who the hell does?  We spend over $200K on these clowns per year, but they know nothing.

You can contact the president of the Mexican town that Dickert is vacationing in by email: presidencia@zapotlanejo.gob.mx  Let him know what you think about lying John stealing money from our city to give to his friends.  Let our sister city know that our city is massively corrupt and we need their help in exposing the criminals in our government.

  3. Francisco Pulido personified in the last bazooka to a senator who opposes corruption, and therefore is killed

ZAPOTLANEJO, JALISCO (12/NOV/2013) -. Zapotlanejo Mayor Francisco Javier Pulido, claims that his appearance on "The last bazooka" tried to communicate that the problem is combat drug trafficking , which is addressed in the film. "I participate as a senator who was not corrupt, and so much so that I go a minute or two, and I had to die because they did not pay me to that situation."

The mayor explained that the producer of the film, Juan Manuel Romero, requested permission to film, and knowing the subject was adopted because "we have a commitment to counter this."

He reported that the City Council provided the production patrol, two elements of police, and an office of City Hall and no public funds involved.

On the controversy it has caused some citizens said that he never imagined the impact of their actions, but "the message is clear here, we report that are against drug trafficking (...) I am respectful of people. It's like watching the glass of water half full or half empty. "

He claims that if another film company approached filming he would accept, depending on the subject, "we do not close the door to anyone."

In a statement, reports that the film "had the motive of creating awareness among the population of antisocial phenomena and the consequent moral degradation." He argues the role of the mayor in the municipal jurisdiction of crime prevention.

Clarify that the name of Zapotlanejo not appear in the film referred, as fictional actions are located in the State of Sonora. The recording took place from 18 to 29 July this year.

  4. *WOW* Looks like John and his friends wouldn't like Mexico, because unlike The JT - they publish the names of Tax Deadbeats!

MEXICO CITY (16/ENE/2014) -. The Tax Administration Service ( SAT ) released on Thursday updated its website with information on delinquent taxpayers with the tax authority, in accordance with the changes to the Tax Code Information Federation (CFF).

This information applies to taxpayers who are in the following cases: tax credits that are firm, they have tax credits that have not paid or have not been secured, it is not possible to locate them in their offices.

Also, having a conviction for committing a tax offense, and has been repaid or remitted any tax you owe as of January 1, 2014.

The head of the SAT, Aristotle Núñez said in an interview in recent days that the updated data to be published Thursday depurarían information and some of the contributors appeared in the first list and new names appear.

  5. JT sez: You won’t see him on a beach in Cancun or Acapulco, however.

He’ll be in the land-locked city of Zapotlanejo in the state of Jalisco.

Well, what then of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico? Only 340km away - about 4.5 hours.

  6. From commenter "the enquirer" and placed here for posterity:

Mayor John Dickert gave a speech at the Puente de Calderon, old battle place, celebrating 203th anniversary this morning, followed by Zapotlanejo's Council meeting session.
    His Itinerary is as follows:
At 1-3pm lunch@ La Laja Restaurant, where they will serve traditional local dish "birria"-lamb or goat meat.
5pm return to hotel, staying at Los Portales plaza hotel.
6pm return to Puente de Calderon (Calderon's bridge), for fireworks show.
8pm Dinner with Mr. Jose Davalos,
person that also traveled with mayor Fco Pulido during visit to Racine. Note, this person is a wealthy business man that wants something in return always. Mayor Fco's wife is related to him. (He owns a money exchange store)
    11pm, return to hotel.

    Saturday 18
8am Breakfast at Hacienda Los Coyotes
11am Visiting Beccar Bus Manufacturing company
    Noon - Free time
    5pm, travel to the Gdl's Int'l airport
    Going back to Wisconsin!

Yesterdays Itinerary was good with cash, of course.

8am Breakfast at "Oui" french restaurant in Guadalajara
11am travel to Tequila city, it was planned to take the train, but according to the logistics committee, it was too expensive, so they decided to continue the journey by bus, which is sponsored by the city govmnt.

    AND

Keep in mind that there's nothing wrong to have a Sister City, but, the question among citizens is: How do we benefit from it??
Zapotlanejo has not much to offer, and there are no jobs. Minimun wage is $ 57 pesos x day, approx $3 bucks. Mostly local people are uneducated, its majority didn't finish high school, and barely can spell in spanish. Very much is the mecca for money laundry, most of the business owners are breaking the law, govmnt knows it and cover their asses. Local business entreprenuers are importing clothing from China, or the U.S. (L.A.) and relabeled items with their own brands, and some of them exporting back to the U.S.
Aeropostale, Hollister, etc you name it, takes a few minutes to re-make a t-shirt with a registered mark and sold it, cheap and by thousands.
DEA should come and visit this town, they'll be amaze for what they can find in here.
So, mayor Dickert wanna have a foreign student program, how that will be possible, if the same mexicans(people that are originally from Santa Fe,a small town located about 10-15 mins away from Zapotlanejo) which they're from the country, dairy makers. They lived for many, many years in the States, and still they haven't learn English, they don't integrate to american culture nor society, and some of them are living illegaly and over use medicaid or social services, having many children, so they can claim'em during income taxes, and don't play me with that because unfortunately, as a result, mostly americans think that all mexicans are the same, but, no, we're not. English is the official language in the U.S. and they don't have to translate everything into Spanish to make'em comfortable. They must leave their comfort zone. So, you guys think that in Mexico are gonna give you any type of form in English, of course not. Why do you have to celebrate Cinco de Mayo(May 5th) in the U.S ?? Money, that's all. In Mexico they don't celebrate 4th of July, so that's my point. Back into the students, will be difficult to see students around here learning Spanish, maybe they gonna get away drinking or smoking at an early age, ha ha as Zapotlanejo is numero in alcohol consumption in the entire state of Jalisco.

    That's all folkso!
