Bond deferred after South Carolina judge arrested on child sexual abuse material charges

Racine had a juvenile judge for years who was a child sex offender.  He used to cruise the lake bank at night near my home looking for victims.  He visited Taiwan regularly and had a Taiwanese boy living with him.  Once he reached over and put his hand on my knee.  I popped up instantly and let him know I wasn't interested.  Our "city fathers" were absolute swine for doing nothing about this.  They let him ruin countless young lives.  This is what you get when pigs are in charge.
