WTF? I think it is rather rude of you to call me out like that. My initial response is what the hell are you talking about, and.... anytime anyone generalizes a whole group by the actions of a few, they make themselves look foolish.

KKD I removed your tag, but I'm still pissed at them. You're right, it isn't on you and I shouldn't have said your handle in my tirade.

I'm sorry I called you out KKD, I am not sorry for anything I said about the lazy garbage collectors that service my area. Because they fall under the State/City worker, they will have their defenders. This is really too bad as they don't deserve any defending. They want to play games, fine. Racine has a new thing where the disabled can get a form from City hall that their doctor signs. I am then going to bring back ALL of the yard waste to the house and they will be obligated BY LAW to drag it back out to their truck.
What happened was I paid a guy to do a TON of yard work as in past years The Unit has given me grief and last year went so far as to do yard work that was already done. I have witnesses among my neighbors that saw it done, and my nephew was the one to do it. Because the city had a bug up it's ass last year, they did what was done, and then charged me $440 out of retaliation for my telling people how to have their homes properly assessed.
This year to short circuit any attempts by the Unit Thugs, I had all the yard work done plus extra. The tree limbs and so forth were piled by the curb. The rules are that they will be cut into 4" lengths. Some weren't so the refused to take any of it. Fine. The problem limbs got cut up. They refused to take it a second time. This time I made separate bundles of limbs/branches in EASILY discerned bundles.
I can't use my hands as I've lost all dexterity with the progressive nerve damage. It's almost impossible to tie a knot. The bundles are in separate piles along my entire street front. There is space between the bundles. An easy grab and toss in the truck. They refused to pick up AGAIN. My Alderman has refused to answer my emails addressing the problem, so now I use the ADAs. They want to be pricks, we'll be pricks. It can all come back by the house, and I'll film those assholes driving by after my doctor has signed the gimp form that says they have to come to the house and take the trash from the house and not the curb.
I just came home from an all day long multiple Dr appointments where I found I may need another open heart surgery because they have now found a hole in my heart between the two ventricles (pumping chambers). I didn't need to see yet another pink slip tied to one of the bundles. They might want to show their displeasure and show folks how much they are needed, but they showed the wrong guy. It's time to take the jobs that have no H.S. diploma requirement, and show them just how low a wage they are really worth. Then they can act all indignant. I'll have the ADAs telling them no matter how miffed they might be at Walker and crew, they can take that attitude elsewhere. I sure didn't need this after all the new open heart surgery talk. They completely lost any backing they had from me.

I'm sorry to hear about the potential for future surgery. They do a lot of robotic heart surgery at St. Luke's in Milwaukee without having to open the chest. Have you asked about that possibility for the repair?

Boy, nice going Huck. I have just met and spent some time with a few of the very nice people that are part of this group last Sunday. And they are all great people. Sure everyone has problems and issues with the establishment, but for you, Huck, to vent like this, and to throw other people, that have nothing to do with whatever it is you have your undies up over, under the bus, that crazy. There are many of us going thru rough times with their current situations and the administrations in place, shame on you pal to tell someone not to have their opinion.
Your post had to be the most discusting, stupid thing I have ever read. It makes me think twice if I want to be a part of a group that includes you, but you are only one person, this group as a whole, includes some very good people, trying to make a difference in a reasonable way, and having fun doing it. Next time, think before you write pal, you might do better, make more sense, and get results or the answers you want..

Again, yesterday's new's. The post was changed as I was wrong. If you read the posts, you'd have seen that. I truly hate having to explain myself to a non participant. I always have. As far as my vulgar language, that is how I am when I am extremely angry. I'd apologize, but I'm not sorry. Everyone has a breaking point and they can internalize, or they can vent. I actually feel better and less stressed out than if I had held it all in and eaten a hole in my gut. Ask the folks that internalize how well that works out. While I am an admitted foul mouthed curmudgeon, I also tend to realize when I am out of line. I then apologize if needed. KKD deserved an apology. No one else.

Now I'm laughing. I realized that this is a family site and my rant was above family values even if I did feel that way in the moment. I was going to migrate it to here with the warning in the post not to enter, and POOF, it all went up in electronic dust. And here I sit, having lost the flame and unable to even bring a piddle to my vocabulary. Trust me on this, Venting is therapeutic. From where I was to where I am has been a ride.
Next time you feel the need to take the wheel, only bring along willing passengers. I did not enjoy the drive. It is over, let's move on.

I didn't get to read It, but he DID warn people. I guess I may be lucky? Life Is no bowl of cherries as they say, and I know for certain I have done MY share of telling others what I think.
