Not exactly,
The Court of Appeals ruled on the obvious that Gasiorkiewicz wrongfully denied Weidner her right to amend her complaint within 6 months.

The COA refused to address the alleged privileged documents where over 70 % were found not to be privileged, the illegal and criminal SECRET court and the criminal acts by both Judge Gasiorkiewicz and Judge Neubauer.

The COA created a larger quagmire for Weidner to navigate.

DERELICT, COMPLICIT AND INCOMPETENT ASSHOLES
