Hello everyone- I just came home from taking Drew to work and just want to give you heads up on the conditions outside. The roads are snow covered with it being very windy and the snow is blowing from the north. So if you have to go out please everyone be very careful and dress very warm. The temps are dropping.

One of us is sickly today and thank goodness it isn't me.
No snow here but the cold is coming back. Yesterday 58, today 41 and by Thursday back in the 30's. Oh well, it is winter.

Stay safe my Irregular friends.

OH SHIT...My furnace puked. the motor which blows the exhaust fumes up the chimney died.

The repairman said when the motor runs there is moisture in the air and the moisture is highly acidic. He said the acid water runs back down the exhaust pipe and gets into the motor destroying the bearings.

Good thing it was under warrantee so the cost was very reasonable. They charged me labor to install and ship the bad one back. Lucky he had a new one in his truck.

So happy Tuesday!

ok, I think I achieve stupendous after all! I felt like a new person, after feeling like death yesterday. I got some oddball detail cleaning done here before going to work, and things off my to-do list. Next up, baking a bday cake for my sister for tomorrow! then back to the list...

January is shaping up to be one of the warmest every in Tucson. No big changes on the horizon here either.

Hale, I don't think it is going to get above freezing here for the next 2 weeks.

It's only 9 out there right now

Global warming in Tucson and global cooling in Racine.

Everyone stay warm and safe.

If you aren't having a stupendous day, then settle for spectacular.

We'd like some rain or snow for that matter. Winds blowing, everything dry, dumbasses doing controlled burns that get out of control.
Before todays announcement of a burn ban, a guy just south of here wanted to do a controlled burn. The fire department told him he shouldn't but he decided to anyway. Lucky for him the fire that spread was contained to a field. I'm pretty sure he will be getting a bill from the Fire Dept. for that one.
What is with people?

Better late than never. It was a long and crazy day.

Started my morning with a weird dream of witnessing, then assisting a car crash with a drunk mother driving a convertible with 5 kids, and none wearing seatbelts. Why do we dream things like this?
