Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick on Wednesday announced that she would take a leave of absence from the House to seek treatment for alcoholism.
The Arizona Democrat said in a statement that she would begin treatment next week after suffering a “serious” fall that was linked to drinking.

This is the usual horseshit. The only "treatment" for alcoholism is not picking up a drink one day at a time. Rep. Kirkpatrick will "relapse" over and over until she realizes this. I know. I'm an alcoholic. I haven't had a drink in over 26 years.
