ATTEMPT TO LOCATE ISSUED BY RACINE POLICE DEPT

JASMINE VAN BROCKLIN
18 YRS OLD
ENDANGERED MISSING FOR 25 HOURS NOW
NO ONE HAS HAD ANY CONTACT WITH HER AND NO PHONE ACTIVITY SINCE 2:30 PM ON JANUARY 24TH
HER BOYFRIEND DROPPED HER OFF AT "VINNY'S" HOUSE LOCATED AT 2343 MOHR AVE IN RACINE AND THEN LEFT. NO HAS HEARD FROM HER SINCE THEN.
Jasmine keeps in touch with her friends and boyfriend. This is unlike her.
Jasmine was last seen wearing pajama pants and a hoodie. She should have her cell phone with her but it is thought she didn't have anything else with her. Jasmine has history of mental illness and isn't taking her meds. She struggles with bipolar, major depression, and anxiety, plus suicidal ideation. She has been battling with substance abuse also.
If anyone sees her or knows where she is, PLEASE call 911. Thank you!

Update: We found out she was still at that residence and sent cops over there. They made contact with the teen boy "Vinny." He said she was there but left when she found out cops were looking for her. He wasn't sure where she went. Her phone activity was confirmed. It is comforting knowing she wasn't dead! I wish Jasmine would realize that she is being so dangerous with her actions. There are too many traffickers and bad people out there, yet she thinks she is invincible. Mania is so dangerous.  Police still have an ATL on her. They are concerned for her well-being, just as we (her parents) are.
