"Tipping Servers $200"

When I had money, I was a heavy tipper. That was the result of working one weekend as a busboy at Dino's 46 years ago. Servers have a tough job.  I don't know what the biggest tip I've left was, but it wasn't near $200.  Maybe twenty bucks.
