Subject:  Court proceedings and trial - City of Racine vs. James McClain

Judge Weber,

I call to your attention the injustice your court caused upon James McClain by the outrageous $50,000 + judgment against McClain. You further engaged in tort acts against McClain by failing to provide documents, transcripts and notes of his hearings and trial within your court when McClain requested such files.  I also point out that an officer within your court (Nhu Arn) threatened fellow citizen McClain with outrageous fines and penalties totaling greater than $312,000 in an attempt to force a settlement before trial.  You run a shithole of a court !

I submit to you that you are part of a mob enterprise acting within the City of Racine to actively intimidate, harass and threaten fellow citizens using immoral and outrageous tactics to settle "civil" disputes with the city.

The $50,000 + dollar award against McClain was excessive, immoral and inexcusable.  The excessive fines and penalties you assessed against McClain violated the 8^th amendment of the U.S. Constitution.  Your actions and judgment make you unfit as a judge.

You will be hereby referred to as a tyrant and economic terrorist,  complicit with Nhu Arn and Scott Letteney.

I further suggest you remove the outright lie below from your court website.

“Welcome to the City of Racine Municipal Court. The Municipal Court provides a neutral setting for resolving alleged violations of the City’s ordinances.”

Only a bias, complicit and prejudice court 

would allow the city attorney's office to engage in such egregious conduct within its court and assess such outrageous fines and penalties for such minor alleged building code violations.

3 women accused of running elder fight club among dementia patients in North Carolina

Three women in North Carolina are accused of running a fight club among elderly people with dementia at an assisted living facility, police and state health officials say.

Marilyn McKey, Tonacia Tyson, and Taneshia Jordan are facing charges of assaulting an individual with a disability in connection to their allegedly encouraging residents of the Danby House in Winston-Salem, North Carolina,to fight each other, police told NBC News in a statement.

Investigators from Winston-Salem police and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human services began looking into the center, where the three women worked, after receiving a tip, as first reported by the Winston-Salem Journal.

McKey, Tyson and Jordan's alleged encouragement of the fights among residents happened in June and resulted “in one resident being strangled with her face turning red ... while staff recorded and shared the video through social media,” a state Division of Health Service Regulation report found.

One of the three women was heard telling an elderly resident with dementia who was fighting another resident to “punch her in the face,” the state report said, citing video of the incident.

Another staff member could be heard saying, “Are you recording?” and “You gonna send it to me?” the report said.

The women sometimes themselves became physically aggressive with the residents, the report said, with video showing one of them assaulting a resident while another filmed the incident.

California man arrives at police station with a body in his car, says he killed 4 people

A Northern California man has been arrested on suspicion of killing four people after he showed up at a police station with a body in his car.

Authorities in Mount  Shasta say the man walked into the lobby of the police department Monday afternoon and told officers he had killed four people at his apartment in Roseville, more than 200 miles away.

One of the possible victims was in his car, police say. Roseville police went to the suspect’s apartment and found three more.

Police say it appears the man knew the victims and don’t believe there’s any ongoing threat to the community.

The names of the suspect in custody and the victims haven’t been released. Search warrants are being obtained for both scenes in Roseville and Mount  Shasta.

The Roseville Police Department is leading the investigation and hasn't provided any details on the killings.

A Hong Kong police officer was knocked down by a flying drop kick as he attempted to arrest a protester during the 19th week of anti-government unrest. 

The officer can be seen struggling over custody of a protester until the kick levels him, followed by others running up and hitting the man before they run off. 

The protests - this week's revolving around a new 'anti-mask' law - saw turnouts in more than half of the semiautonomous Chinese territory's 18 districts. 

The demonstrations in Hong Kong on Sunday were varied, including smaller gathering across the city, and also cases of vandalism and arson that targeted government offices, subway stations, and several banks and shops.

Some protesters blocked roads, broke streetlights, vandalized a train station and spray-painted antigovernment graffiti inside shopping malls. -NYT

On Sunday, a Hong Kong police officer was "slashed in the neck" by a black-clad protester at approximately 5:30 p.m., putting the officer in the hospital according to the Hong Kong Free Press. 

Video footage from Ming Pao showed a team of officers about to enter Kwun Tong MTR station, as a man came up from behind and jabbed a sharp object – similar to a box cutter – towards the neck of one of the officers. The officer in question then chased down the assailant, and two people were arrested on the scene.

"The sharp-edged object is a deadly weapon. Police will strive to investigate all violent acts," read and official statement. Eyewitnesses reported the right side of the officer's uniform was stained with blood. 

Ted Wick Cruz rides into town

In response to the pro-democracy movement in Taiwan, US Senators led by Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) have advanced draft legislation which would penalize officials in mainland China and Hong Kong who suppress freedoms throughout the city - and would require annual justification as to why the United States should allow Hong Kong special trade and business privileges, per the Times. 

Cruz traveled to Hong Kong this weekend and met with key members within the protest movement. He was scheduled to meet with Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam, who canceled their meeting after he refused her request to keep their conversation confidential.

According to the Hong Kong office of China's Foreign Ministry, Cruz had "lied through his teeth" and "made indiscreet remarks on Hong Kong affairs."
